Another 76 Indian fishermen have been released on the instruction of the President.

President Mahinda Rajapakse has instructed to release another 76 fishermen who were under custody in Sri Lanka. The Indian high commission in Sri Lanka has also confirmed the instruction given by the President. The President also discussed the fishing problems being created by the poaching Indian fishermen during his talks with the Indian Prime Minister at the United Nations last week.
