President Mahinda Rajapaksa has instructed IGP N K Ilangakoon to implement the law sternly against those who violate Election Laws at the Uva Provincial Council Election campaign.  Police Media Spokesman and Senior SP Ajith Rohana told the National Radio that the Police will take the necessary measures in the coming days
